Geoff McGlashan has been boating all his life, growing up on the North Shore, Auckland, sailing with his parents around the top part of New Zealand, he left the bright lights of the city to go farming in the Waikato region, where Geoff and Sheryl McGlashan started their business partnership and family. Once Sheryl left full time work in Hamilton, they moved to Southland area farming before purchasing the Endeavour Express Company back in December 2001. You will see both of us checking in clients, loading the boats, and promotion work of our business, and Geoff skippering the boats also.

Meet the family members of the company that you may meet in the office area or onboard one of the boats from time to time.

Brett McGlashan, Luke McGlashan, Shannon McGlashan, with pet dogs Goldie (true NZ Xbreed) and Katie (Huntaway purebred farm type dog).

Please note for returning clients the cats pictured on our previous web site have passed away, and the new cats aren't into having photos taken.

Julian Stills is one of our fulltime skippers, he has also been boating most of his life in the Marlborough Sounds and Kaikoura coastline.	James Eade is our part time skipper, who has come back to the bright lights of the Sounds to work for us.	Office booking consultant is Nicci Bergman, who has been in Picton area most of her life, so she has a vast knowledge of the sounds.
