Biking the Queen Charlotte Track Mountain Biking the Queen Charlotte Track
The Queen Charlotte Track is a real wow!! of a mountainbike ride.
Open for its whole 71 kilometre length for most of the year, the Queen Charlotte is the longest continuous wilderness ride available in New Zealand.

It is also a truly spectacular ride, taking in sections of virtually untouched subtropical rainforest. Other sections cross open country providing stunning views into two of the waterways making up the Marlborough Sounds. Be sure to bring your camera!

Riders can choose to bike the whole track or just a shorter section. Travel with Endeavour Express to Ship Cove, Resolution bay or Punga Cove and exit from Endeavour Inlet, Torea Bay, Mistletoe Bay or Anakiwa. - Click here for our track map.

This makes rides of one day as much of an option as taking two or three days to bike the whole track.

The section from Ship Cove to Punga Cove/Camp Bay is closed to bikes from 1 December to 28 February each year.
