Terms of Trade
As we are unguided activity company you are responsible for your own safety after disembarking from our vessels at the drop off point, until we return for your return part of the journey.
Cancellation Policy
Our policy is if a customer is a no show and has paid in full or partly, there will be no refund, however if there is space on the next sailing on the next sailing, or if they turn up late the can also rebook onto the next scheduled service.
If a customer wants to cancel just due to weather, eg its raining and the boat is still going, they have to cancel the day beforehand, then a 20% fee will be charged by us for the cancellation, if they cancel the morning of the sailing there is no refund given, but they will get the opportunity to rebook for a different day if there is space available with no extra fees.
For group bookings it is preferable to either send a 10% deposit or credit card details to confirm the booking with.
Privacy Policy
Any information that you provide to us with enquiries or pre-bookings is held on our computer system for a short period only. This information is available for employees of Endeavour Express Ltd to access only. After travel date for pre-booked travel all data is deleted. We regularly delete and destroy all data held by us.

We will take you safely and the most efficient route available to us on the day to your destination, while taking utmost care of you and your possessions while onboard our vessels.
Responsible Tourism plan of Action for Endeavour Express Ltd
Recycling: Our aim is to be efficient and helpful to both our staff, and our customers to regularly recycle products.
How? - By encouraging sorting of waste: eg cans for scouts - from everyone that will do this for us, at home and office - sorting plastics, paper, glass, rubbish, and reusing paper on both sides. On the boats - using port facilities for recycling of used oil from engine changes, and vehicle changes.
New Office: To be as energy efficient as the lease will allow us to be.
How? - Using as much natural lighting if possible, as council are installing fluorescent lighting in buildings. Heating - the sun helps warm our new office most of the time.
Boat timetables: To run mostly efficient runs only for less impact on environment all year.
How? - Over Winter season we work in with other operators when we can do for clients and small freight deliveries. Over Summer season look into loadings and timetables to get the most out of vessels we have available to us, and not running just for a couple of people.
